If your password isn't working, just click on 'Password Reset' near the top of the page and login with your old password. Setup security questions, then go back and 'Change Password'. You should be able to login after that.

Happy New Years, everyone. We had a connection issue when AT&T had some telco lines go down yesterday. Everything is back to normal.
I've also added password expiration (every 180 days); all current users will need to log in, set a new password and log back in again.
